Just moved in June love the property nice and quiet and eleanor was very helpful at getting me taken care of!

I moved into an RV lot a year ago and it has been an amazing neighborhood. Everyone I've met is kind and polite. They have also been really understanding with issues I've had and worked with me for a quick resolution. The neighborhood feels safe to live in.

My husband and I moved in a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it here. Great staff, beautiful view,great neighborhood. Affordable and safe. The crew do an amazing job of making everything safe and beautiful. We have felt very welcome here.

I got a beautiful 2025 brand new modular from Eleanor. I am so happy with my brand new home. I love everything about it. I am a first time homeowner and I couldn’t have picked a better home. Thank you Eleanor so much she went above and beyond for me she got me kitty doors cause her and I have a kitty connection. She went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my expectations and please me. It’s been a pleasure working with her on this modular process and I recommend Eleanor to anybody that is trying to buy a brand new modular or manufactured home!!
